Terms and conditions
The participant agrees with Driving Experience sarl, the HUMMER Desert Driving organisation, to fulfil the following obligations while participating in the HUMMER Desert Driving:
• to use the vehicle only in the framework of the organisation instructions
• to be liable for a no-claim payment of €7.500,- of damages caused to the vehicle
• not to use the vehicle for any action that may harm the image of Comm’Plete
• to comply with all laws, ordinances, codes and regulations
• to be liable for and reimburse any expenses (including fines) resulting from non-compliance with such laws, ordinances, codes and regulations
• to be liable for all damages that may occur to any third party and were caused by intent or negligence.
The undersigned acknowledges the risks involved in the Hummer Desert Driving, agrees that he/she participates in the Hummer Desert Driving at his/her own risk and is physically able to take part in it, and will not take any drugs (prescribed or otherwise) at any time before and during the driving activities. The undersigned shall hold Driving Experience sarl, their owners, shareholders and employees exempt from all actions, claims, damages, prejudice (including personal injury or death) costs, expenses and losses arising notably from his/her own negligence or omission or intentional acts. The present disclaimer letter will not apply only in case of intent or gross negligence from Driving Experience sarl, its contractors and employees.
